With our background in executive search and selection, Yeaton & Associates are uniquely positioned to offer professional guidance and candid advice to you in seeking job opportunities and preparing for interviews.
Over three sessions, our work with you involves:
- Session 1
- talking through your current situation, and your background and experience
- helping clearly define your accomplishments and skills
- utilising Career Profiling© to establish possible employment alternatives
- identifying suitable job opportunities
- developing a well-presented and effective Curriculum Vitae
- Session 2
- outlining for you different interview formats (e.g. competency, criterion, evidence-based)
- detailing ways for you to make a favourable impression at interview
- discussing possible interview questions and the most appropriate responses
- setting out how to make a favourable impression
- advising you on how to deal with psychometric questionnaires and aptitude tests
- Session 3
- conducting a practice interview
- providing post-interview feedback on the interview
- assisting you in setting a definite plan of action
The sessions are one-to-one, and are held at our offices in Ballsbridge. Our role is to assist you in identifying and seeking opportunities in line with realistic possibilities, and to help you do well at interview. We also provide you with relevant written material on interviewing skills, and a final report. The cost of this service is €450. If requested, we can also arrange, at nominal cost, for one of our Associates to conduct additional, video–taped, practice interviews and prepare critiques of your performance.
